What to Include in Your Enquiry
The more information you can give us at the outset, the faster we can give you a useful response. Ideally, include:
- Type of work — e.g. sash window replacement, fitted wardrobe, new staircase, external door
- Property type — Victorian terrace, Georgian flat, new-build extension, listed building, etc.
- Rough dimensions — even approximate measurements help us gauge the scope before a survey
- Photographs — if you can attach images of the existing joinery or the space, this is extremely useful
- Preferred timescale — are you working to a completion date or is the project open-ended?
- Location / postcode — so we can confirm coverage and factor in travel for the survey
You do not need to have all of this to hand — a brief description of the work and your postcode is enough to get started.

Book a free site survey
A survey is always the next step before any quote. It is free, takes between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the scope, and commits you to nothing. We bring all the measuring equipment — you just need to be at the property.
Receive your detailed quote
Within a few days of the survey, you receive a written quote with drawings, material specifications and a clear breakdown of costs. There is no pressure to proceed, and we are happy to clarify anything in the document before you make a decision.
